SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If your order is placed before 12 noon it will be processed the same day. Weekends and Federal Holiday shipments will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will either be shipped by USPS, FedEx, or UPS - ground shipping is free for all orders across the United States. 
A physical address is required. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box address. We thank you for your understanding.

An email confirmation will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience. If your package does not arrive on time please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will be happy to resolve any problem you may have. If your package is damaged in transit, please take a photo or video of the item and contact our customer service team by email or phone.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, however, our staff will gladly make right any quality issue you might have. The customer is always right so if you’re not happy we will do whatever it takes to correct the problem. We ask that any inquiries are done within 7 days of delivery and you provide a picture or video of the issue.
